back to essence
wild scotland retreat
recharce & reconnect with yourself and the power of the earth
Yoga - hiking -tantra - wild spa- nature immersion
Loch Goil, Arrochar Alps - Scottish Highlands
may 8-11 2026
Nestled on the shores of a pristine lake, surrounded by untouched mountains and forests, our retreat offers a sanctuary of absolute silence and freedom, where the entire landscape belongs to us.
Here, you will immerse yourself in the energies of the five elements – Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Ether – through kundalini yoga practices, mindful forest and mountain hikes, and sacred waterfall rituals inspired by Balinese traditions of cleansing and renewal.
Relax and awaken your senses in a unique lakeside barrel sauna, where you can step directly into the lake for a wild, refreshing swim.
Experience the fullness of nature’s power, from walking through ancient forests to meditative practices in untouched landscapes, reconnecting with your life force, vitality, and clarity of mind.
Evenings are held around fire circles and warm, heart-centered women’s gatherings, creating a space of trust, acceptance, and deep connection. Tantra-inspired practices help you reconnect with your energy, your health, and the pure essence of your consciousness.
This retreat is your return to essence, a journey into the wilderness, freedom, and sacredness of the Earth, where you can fully recharge, reconnect, and be present in the moment.

She facilitates the release of subconscious patterns, stored emotional memory, and inherited conditioning, allowing clarity, vitality, and inner truth to emerge naturally.

Polina Davi, UK
Certified tantra facilitator, a master of sacred geometry, flow artist specialising in deep body processes, somatic practice, and embodied healing.
Her work is rooted in the body as an intelligent system capable of profound self-regulation and transformation. Through somatic practices, tantric awareness, and Ecstatic Dance, Polina guides participants into direct, lived experience — allowing stored emotions, tension, and unconscious patterns to surface, move, and release.
Alongside embodied work, Polina works as a channel and offers Akashic Records channelling, bringing intuitive insight into personal themes, life patterns, and soul-level dynamics. This intuitive guidance is used to support clarity, integration, and deeper understanding of the healing process.
Sacred geometry and mandala work are woven into her practice as tools for energetic alignment and inner coherence, helping participants anchor somatic and energetic shifts into everyday life.
