• Flowing Kundalini Yoga for Women — a soft yet powerful practice to dissolve old patterns, awaken energy, and invite a fresh current of inspiration through your body.
• Breathwork & Mantra Meditation — release, open, and let your heart sing.
• Sound Healing with a Gong Bath and crystal bowls — a journey through vibration, restoring harmony and awakening your subtle energies.
• Festive Brunch — nourishment for body and soul, a pause to celebrate and connect.
• Sacred Art Workshop — create your own sacred symbol for 2026, through meditation, channeling, and sacred geometry, bringing your intention into form, color, and energy.
• Ecstatic Dance — awaken new desires, ignite your energy, manifest through movement, and feel your body as the temple of your dreams.
• Voice Activation with Nelli Tsay — reconnect with your true voice, your heart’s expression, your freedom. Sing, sound, and let your feminine essence emerge fully.

Flow artist, a certified specialist in non-traditional art therapy, and a passionate guide for those seeking deeper transformation through creativity. Polina's work merges sacred geometry with intuitive painting to help people unlock their innate ability for healing and self-discovery. Beyond the canvas, Polina leads immersive retreats and masterclasses across England, Europe, and Bali, weaving together body-based practices, tantric techniques, and Ecstatic Dance to encourage holistic growth. Participants explore mandala therapy, learn to integrate sacred symbols into daily life, and release emotional blocks that stand in the way of their fullest expression
Nelli Tsay, France
Singer, composer, actress, and guide of consciousness. A teacher of feminine mysteries and creator of the healing courses “I Am Essence. I Am Woman. I Am Actress” and “The Mystery of the Voice.” A bohemian shaman, cacao ceremony facilitator, energy therapist, and healer through her own quantum method, she works on three levels — consciousness, spirit, and body — helping to shift the point of perception, rewrite deep inner programs, and release the body from stored memories and energetic blocks through musical and somatic therapy, as well as tools of the school of awareness.
